Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for client projects from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Build and maintain design system components and documentation
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design quality in implementation
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Expert-level Figma skills including component architecture
- Understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
